2. Payment Information

4. Virtual Sessions and Group Programs
Private coaching and membership services may be provided through Zoom or another online communication platform.
Information transmitted through third-party platforms is also subject to those providers' privacy and security practices. While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain privacy, no internet-based communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Participants in group coaching or community spaces must respect the privacy of other participants. However, Inner Dragon Sacred Healing cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
For that reason, participants should use appropriate discretion regarding sensitive information shared in group settings.
5. Coaching Information Is Not Medical Care
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing offers coaching, spiritual, intuitive, mindfulness, breathwork, educational, and related wellness services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in connection with a separately provided licensed service, information shared with Inner Dragon Sacred Healing as part of these services should not be assumed to constitute a medical record or to be protected in the same manner as information provided to a healthcare provider.
6. Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services
Our website may use cookies, analytics services, embedded content, scheduling services, payment processors, email providers, video-conferencing platforms, or other third-party technologies.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inner Dragon Sacred Healing website and your purchase or use of coaching sessions, programs, memberships, digital resources, group calls, and related services (“Services”).
By purchasing, scheduling, accessing, or participating in Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing provides services that may include private coaching, intuitive guidance, breathwork, mindfulness, spiritual and personal-development practices, group coaching, educational materials, journal exercises, guided practices, and community support.
The Services are intended for personal development and educational purposes and are subject to the separate Service Disclaimer.
Unless expressly identified as a separately provided licensed healthcare service, Services are not medical treatment, nursing care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare treatment.
2. Private Coaching — Single Session
A Private Coaching Single Session is currently:
Price: $175
Duration: 60 minutes
Format: Virtual, using Zoom or a similar platform.
Sessions may include an emotional and energetic check-in, intuitive guidance, breathwork, mindfulness, and other appropriate coaching or wellness modalities.
Prices and service offerings may be changed prospectively. Any applicable price will be disclosed before purchase.
3. Choose Yourself Journey
The Choose Yourself Journey currently includes:
Price: $975
Sessions: Six private 60-minute virtual sessions
Payment option: Three monthly payments of $325
The program may also include optional between-session email check-ins, reflection worksheets or journal prompts, and a progress review during the final session.
The three-payment option is a payment plan for the $975 program, rather than three separate monthly purchases, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Choosing installments does not automatically convert the program into a month-to-month subscription.
4. Monthly Membership
The Monthly Membership currently costs $59 per month and includes:
- Two live online group-coaching calls per month;
- Calls generally scheduled every other Wednesday;
- Approximately 90 minutes per live call;
- An Inner Dragon journal;
- A guided meditation;
- Access to a community discussion space; and
- A monthly teaching.
Specific dates, content, platforms, and program features may change when reasonably necessary.
5. Recurring Membership Billing
The Monthly Membership is a recurring subscription.
By purchasing the membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide $59 each month until the membership is cancelled, subject to any price change properly disclosed to you.
The frequency and amount of recurring charges should also be clearly presented at checkout before the customer completes enrollment.
6. Membership Cancellation
Members may request cancellation by contacting:
Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges once effective. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a membership period that has already been charged or partially used.
Cancellation procedures presented at enrollment or checkout also apply.
7. Membership Use Period
Any membership benefits or materials subject to a stated expiration must be used or accessed within the applicable period communicated at purchase.
Where a six-month use requirement applies to a particular purchased service or package, that service or package must be used within six months of purchase, unless Inner Dragon Sacred Healing agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
Private coaching appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
If you contact Inner Dragon Sacred Healing at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may reschedule the appointment without an additional rescheduling charge.
A cancellation or request to reschedule received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment is considered a late cancellation.
9. Late Cancellations
There is no separate late-cancellation penalty added to the session price. Instead, a late-cancelled appointment is charged at the full scheduled session fee or, where the appointment forms part of a prepaid package, may be treated as a used session.
This means that cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment generally results in forfeiture of the amount paid for that appointment.
10. No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without timely cancellation, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are charged the full session fee. If the session is part of a prepaid coaching package, the missed session may be deducted from the remaining sessions in that package.
11. Emergencies and Exceptional Circumstances
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing recognizes that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur.
Requests for an exception to the cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy because of an emergency will be considered case by case. Consideration of a request does not guarantee that a fee will be waived or a session restored.
12. Scheduling Codes and Packages
Certain prepaid packages or programs may require a booking or scheduling code to reserve included appointments.
Clients are responsible for using the scheduling instructions or code provided after purchase. A scheduling code has no independent cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or used for services outside the applicable package unless Inner Dragon Sacred Healing expressly authorizes it.
13. Refunds
Except where otherwise expressly stated at purchase or required by applicable law, payments for completed services, missed appointments subject to the cancellation policy, and digital materials already provided are nonrefundable.
Refund eligibility for prepaid programs, unused sessions, memberships, or payment plans may depend upon the particular service purchased, services already provided, benefits already accessed, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
14. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information reasonably necessary to administer Services;
- Attend appointments on time;
- Maintain an appropriate internet connection and equipment for virtual sessions;
- Participate voluntarily and communicate personal limits when appropriate;
- Seek appropriately licensed healthcare when medical or mental-health treatment is needed;
- Behave respectfully toward the facilitator and other participants; and
- Respect the privacy of individuals participating in group programs.
15. Group Confidentiality and Community Conduct
Participants must not record, photograph, screenshot, distribute, or publicly disclose another participant's personal statements or identifying information from group calls or private community spaces without permission.
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing may establish additional community standards and may restrict participation where conduct is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, disruptive, unlawful, or materially interferes with the experience or safety of others.
Although participants are required to respect confidentiality, Inner Dragon Sacred Healing cannot guarantee that other group participants will maintain confidentiality. Participants should therefore exercise discretion when deciding what personal information to share.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, worksheets, journal prompts, guided practices, meditations, recordings, teachings, course materials, graphics, written materials, and other original Inner Dragon Sacred Healing content are owned by or licensed to Inner Dragon Sacred Healing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or receiving materials gives you a limited right to use them for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, teach from, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative products from these materials without prior written permission.
17. Recording
Private or group sessions may not be recorded by participants without prior permission.
If Inner Dragon Sacred Healing intends to record a session, participants should be notified and any consent required by applicable law should be obtained before recording begins.
18. Third-Party Platforms
Services may rely on third-party providers such as video-conferencing, scheduling, payment-processing, email, community, or website platforms.
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing does not control every aspect of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability, security, or performance.
19. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. Inner Dragon Sacred Healing does not guarantee any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, relationship, professional, financial, medical, or other outcome from participating in Services.
Testimonials and examples should not be interpreted as promises that another client will obtain the same results.
20. Limitation of Services
Clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions. Inner Dragon Sacred Healing may recommend that a client obtain assistance from an appropriately licensed healthcare provider or other qualified provider when an issue falls outside the nature or scope of the Services.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Dragon Sacred Healing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Services or website content.
Any limitation or exclusion contained in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Changes to Services and Terms
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing may prospectively modify Services, schedules, features, pricing, or these Terms.
Material changes affecting recurring memberships should be communicated as required by applicable law. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that cannot legally be modified.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Service Disclaimer, and any specific terms disclosed at checkout or in connection with a particular program, constitute the applicable terms governing the Services.
If specific written terms for a particular purchase conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will control to the extent of that conflict.

Not Medical or Mental-Health Treatment
Unless expressly identified as a separately provided licensed healthcare service, services offered through Inner Dragon Sacred Healing are not medical care, nursing care, psychotherapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare treatment.
Coaching, intuitive guidance, spiritual practices, breathwork, mindfulness, group coaching, educational materials, and related services are not substitutes for evaluation, diagnosis, advice, or treatment from a qualified licensed healthcare provider.
Nursing Credentials
Any reference to Buffy's nursing education, experience, credentials, or background is provided as biographical information and should not, by itself, be understood to mean that a nurse-patient relationship is being established through Inner Dragon Sacred Healing's coaching, spiritual, intuitive, or educational services.
Participation in a coaching session, program, membership, group call, or other Inner Dragon Sacred Healing service does not by itself create a physician-patient, nurse-patient, psychotherapist-client, or other licensed healthcare-provider relationship.
No Diagnosis or Treatment
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing does not use its coaching or spiritual services to diagnose or treat physical diseases, mental-health disorders, or other medical conditions.
You should not disregard, delay, discontinue, or change medical or mental-health treatment because of information or experiences obtained through these services.
Questions concerning a medical condition, medication, mental-health condition, trauma symptoms, or other health concern should be addressed with an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.
Breathwork and Other Practices
Breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, emotional exploration, and similar practices may affect individuals differently. You are responsible for considering whether participation is appropriate for you and for informing the facilitator of relevant limitations where appropriate.
If you have concerns about whether a practice is appropriate in light of a medical or mental-health condition, pregnancy, medication, or other health circumstance, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare provider before participating.
No Guaranteed Results
Testimonials, examples, descriptions, and statements concerning potential benefits represent individual experiences or descriptions of the intended purpose of services. They do not guarantee that you will experience the same or any particular result.
Personal development and coaching outcomes vary considerably between individuals. No specific emotional, spiritual, relationship, financial, medical, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Emergencies and Crisis Situations
Inner Dragon Sacred Healing is not an emergency, crisis-intervention, or emergency mental-health service.

Client Responsibility
